ANDREW PARKER LLB
Andrew Parker holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Western Australia and has significant experience in the exploration and mining industry and a wealth of expertise in corporate advisory, strategic consultancy and capital raisings.
Before joining Boab Metals Andrew was a director of Stadia Capital and he co-founded Trident Capital Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory and venture capital firm where he held the position of Managing Director until 2008.
Andrew has also held senior legal roles, such as General Counsel of previously ASX listed B Digital Ltd and was a Senior Associate of Price Sierakowski and Senior Associate of Summers Partners.
Andrew is currently also the Chairman of Widgie Nickel Limited (ASX: WIN).

Paul Hewitt
Paul Hewitt has over 25 years experience in providing senior project delivery leadership within the Energy and Resource sectors. Paul has extensive experience in process and non-process infrastructure projects for the full lifecycle from study phase through to execution both within Australia and internationally.
Paul commenced his career working for United Construction, now United Group, in the execution of SMP construction contracts before moving into the EPC environment with companies such as Aker Kvaerner, Amec Foster Wheeler and Lycopodium. This depth of experience provided a natural progression in the development of projects for client organisations including Woodside Energy, Strandline Resources and Northern Star Resources. The commodities for these projects include Gold, Iron Ore, Copper, Lithium, Oil and Gas, Ammonium Nitrate, Mineral Sands, Coal, Water, and Alumina.
In addition to an extensive list of greenfield projects, Paul also has executed several projects in a brownfield environment which have provided a thorough understanding of the operating environment and the requirements to operate and maintain process facilities, ensuring that the operational requirements are a significant consideration in the development of a new mine.
As a passionate and influential leader, Paul is well regarded by his peers for creating a team culture which provides a motivational and supportive environment.
