Boab Metals Limited (ASX: BML) is a Western Australian base and silver‑focused precious metals company that has reached a Final Investment Decision (FID) on the fully funded Sorby Hills Silver‑Lead Project in the East Kimberley. Located 50 km from Kununurra, the Project benefits from excellent access to sealed roads for transporting silver‑lead concentrate 150 km to Wyndham Port.
Boab Metals now owns 100% of the Sorby Hills Silver‑Lead‑Zinc Project, giving the Company full control over all future silver production and concentrate offtake. With this milestone complete, Boab is transitioning from development to construction, positioning the Company as an emerging Australian silver producer, with first concentrate production targeted for 2027.
In parallel with its Sorby Hills development, Boab is also exploring its Manbarrum (100% owned) and Eight Mile Creek (100% owned) prospects.
